  • St. Barthelemy Cellars is in the business of crafting superior wines, not selling information. We will NOT sell or share your personal information with anyone without your express permission.


  • Consumer Agreement
  • Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are 21 years of age or over. You, the buyer, warrant that you are 21 years of age or over. When wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery must show identification proving they are at least 21 years of age.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • The laws concerning shipment of alcohol are changing on a daily basis so if you are in doubt as to whether you can receive direct shipment of wine please check the Wine Institute's direct shipping website (http://www.wineinstitute.org/shipwine/index.htm) for the latest information. Currently St. Barthélemy Cellars can only ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, LA, MA, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, VA, WA, WI, WY. Residents of other states should contact us to make alternative arrangements, if applicable. During the hot summer months we reserve the right to delay shipping your order to protect the quality of the wine. In such a case we will contact you with your other shipping options before charging your credit card. During these month we strongly suggest that you select the Overnight shipping option. Ground shipping charges: 1-3 bottles $15; 4-6 bottles $20; 7-9 bottles $25; 10-12 bottles $30; 13-15 bottles $35; 16-18 bottles $40; 19-21 bottles $45; 22-24 bottles $50. Overnight shipping charges: 1 bottle - $30.00; each additional bottle $5.00. All wines are sold in California and the title passes to you, the buyer, in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. By placing an order, you not only authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you, but also represent that you have satisfied your state's requirements for purchasing wine directly from us and importing it to yourself.


  • Sales Tax
  • St. Barthelemy Cellars charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

  • If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at (800)286-2711 or service@stbartwine.com for instructions on how to obtain a refund. Refunds apply to the purchase price only, not shipping charges.
